Proxy for accessing my cpanel Top
Hi, cpanel in hostgator is accessed through port 2082, It seems they make a change in the network of my job and now I cannot access my cpanel from here. Do you know of any web proxyes that support cpanel navigation? I found one, but when I entered the file manager, it said error data (maybe cause of speed too slow, dunno).

Is this legit? Top
So I have a couple sites that I've been collecting emails on for the past 4 years and right now I have about 70,000 emails. I have actually recently sent out an email to everyone on the list twice as I opened a new site and wanted to tell everyone about it. The thing is, I never told these people I would send them emails. I didn't include a unscubscribe link or my address. I don't even have their names, just username, pass, and email. What is the best way to send email to these people? Am I going to get in trouble if I mail them about stuff unrelated to the site they signed up on? The way I did it was just with a PHP script off my dedicated server. All in a matter of hours. Recently I read some posts on here that made me a little wary of repeating this though. Is it worth it to start making people give me their names when they sign up so I can email them to avoid legal trouble? Any feedback would be appreciated
