| eGay Bumpers JV | Top |
| Hello BHW, Have you ever tried selling an item via eGay that you knew it was worth more then it actually got auctioned of for? Well many of us have and it was a bit of a piss take. This JV is about creating an eGay Price Bumpers community where members will be able to bump each others price, either for free as a favor or to earn a little cash. E.g. Seller A asks bumper B to bump his price up and he is willing to pay £2/$2 for the bump. Bumper B bumps the price up and the item manages to sell for a higher price. Seller A is happy and he pays £2/$2 to bumper B. Both people are in a win win situation. So do you get the point here? Why? Because eGay is really taking the piss. First of all you have to pay the fee's to put your item up, okay that's no big deal because it's not to expensive. But then once you sell your item you have to pay the end of auction fee's and these can be big. Second, if you use GayPal, you don't only get charged eGay fee's but GayPal charge's you too. Third, GayPal put in this new rule to sellers that have a lower feedback or are new to eGay where the money is kept in the GayPal account until the buyer leaves positive feedback on eGay or until 21 days are up and no file dispute rises against you. I just really can't be bothered to explain everything but if you have used eGay before as a seller then you know what I'm talking about, they don't only RIP you off but they are unfair and they make up a lot of bullshit. The main idea here is to help out the "personal" sellers to sell their items for a higher price, this is not something for the mass sellers that make a lot of money from eGay but for the "personal" sellers that lose a lot of money because of A. High fee's B. Item sells low because of competition etc... So I'm looking for someone to go into a JV together and create an eGay Bumpers Community. Let's bring it on! Let me see your views. :) | |
| Craiglist problems - I need help! | Top |
| Hello! Yesterday I tried to do little promotion on craiglist. I chose a "get out of debt" offer which was paying about $10/lead (one page form). Then, I bought 5 PVAs and posted 5 different ads in 5 different US cities, all to services->financial. Unfortunately, none of the ads has shown up. Can someone explain me why this happened? Thanks! | |
